Arlington will host its 7th annual EcoFest event this Saturday, September 19 in the downtown area near the Levitt Pavilion.
This free, family-oriented event is designed to build a sense of community while emphasizing environmental awareness. Vendors and exhibits will line the streets around Founder’s Plaza with musical performances at the adjacent Levitt Pavillion.
The festival kicks off at 10 a.m. and runs until 10 pm. Activities include classes, demonstrations, crafts, and games. There are also booths from city departments, vendors and non-profits to visit as well as a booth to distribute free trees (while supplies last). And of course, there will be plenty of food and drink vendors as well.
